Family Owned Group Home Residential Services plans to build and operate a Residential Care Facility for developmental disability adults. The facility will be available for individuals over the age of 18, also begin to reach the age of being too old to live at home, yet too young to live in a full-time nursing facility. The facility will serve the needs of those who are moderate to profound mentally delayed, and has complex medical care that require 24-hour staffing in residential service setting. By serving this particular group, we can create an excellent living environment, great medical oversight and care including nursing services, music therapy, physical and occupational therapy under direction of home health, social family-like atmosphere and active lifestyle for all of our residents. Our services include full-time residential care, private rooms, direct-care staff and nursing staff for any necessary medical and nursing care, entertainment and recreational opportunity, and educational and job skills training. The facility will be equipped to care for 3 individuals, including 3 private rooms, living socializing areas, kitchen and entertainment space. Our goal is to meet the social, physical, mental, recreational, emotional and family needs of all of our residents.
